Refund policy
All Sales Are Final.
At Spera, every piece is crafted with care and produced to order, making each item uniquely yours. Because of this, all sales are final. We understand how disappointing it can be if something arrives damaged or defective, and we’re here to make it right whenever possible.
Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@sperastudios.com with photos and your order number.
If your return request is approved, our team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Not be stained, damaged, or altered in any way
Exceptions
While our return policy applies to most items, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been deliberately damaged.
- Returns requested more than 7 days after the date of receipt.
- Items that were provided accurately according to the order, but the customer decides they no longer want or they are not what was expected.
- Items that are no longer required due to delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided to Spera, such as an inaccurate phone number or shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@sperastudios.com, and we’ll assist promptly.
Damages & Issues
We understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.
